8.     Consideration of Special Resolutions

Amend the following Clause 36 (2) – from 10% to 5% as the necessary number for a quorum.

36 Quorum at general meetings (2) The quorum for a general meeting is the presence (physically, by proxy or as allowed under rule 35) of 5% of the members entitled to vote.
