Our Purpose:

The Tennis Coaches Australia Board is the backbone of our organisation. We’re here to represent, advocate and champion the voices of private tennis coaches across the country. Our purpose is simple: to ensure every coach feels supported, valued and empowered to succeed.

Together, we work to strengthen the coaching industry by:

  • Advocating for fair working conditions and opportunities.
  • Providing resources, tools and connections to help coaches thrive.
  • Building a united community that’s passionate about growing tennis in Australia.

Why We Exist

Tennis Coaches Supporting Coaches

The coaching industry is more than just a profession; it’s the heart of tennis. That’s why the Tennis Coaches Australia Board exists—to represent your voice and foster an environment where all coaches can succeed.

We believe in:

  • Amplifying the voices of coaches in key decision-making processes.
  • Building bridges between coaches, Tennis Australia and player pathways.
  • Supporting each other to navigate challenges and share success.

Our motto says it all: "Coaches supporting coaches, your voice, your network, together stronger"
